Quick Clean: Storage Manager Terms of Service

1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to the Quick Clean: Storage Manager Android application, package com.quickclean.storagemanager (the “App”). Contact email: ladenappdeveloper@gmail.com.

These Terms describe the conditions for using the App. Our Privacy Policy separately explains personal data processing. Accepting these Terms does not constitute consent to all data processing or replace system permissions, advertising privacy choices, or separate consent required by law.

2. Eligibility and License

The App is intended for a general audience and is not intended for children under 13. You must meet the age required to use the service under local law and have capacity to enter into these Terms. If you may lawfully use the service but are below the age of majority, obtain a parent’s or guardian’s agreement. Higher age thresholds or additional protections required by local law apply.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you are authorized to use. You retain your rights in your files and content.

3. Features

The App provides junk-file, large-file, duplicate-file and similar-photo management; supported local WhatsApp and TikTok media management; photo, video, audio and document discovery or recovery; photo compression; battery information; notification management; and app management. Availability depends on the version, device, permissions and accessible data.

The App cannot freely access other apps’ private storage, bypass system protections or guarantee removal of every cache. Scan results help you make decisions and do not mean every identified file has no continuing value.

4. File Cleaning and Recovery

Review files and back up important content before deletion. File deletion you confirm may be irreversible. Uninstalling other apps may also remove their data, depending on the operating system and those apps.

Recovery only works with files, caches or other supported sources that can actually be discovered and accessed on the device. It does not guarantee recovery of permanently deleted, overwritten, encrypted or inaccessible data. Finding a file does not necessarily mean it was previously deleted. The App is not a backup service.

Only process files you own or are authorized to handle. Do not use the App to access, recover or distribute another person’s information without authorization.

5. Photo Compression

The App processes one supported static, opaque image at a time, creates a JPEG copy and keeps the original. Animated, transparent or unreadable images are not supported. Compression may change visual quality, encoding or metadata. We do not promise lossless results, a fixed reduction ratio or identical appearance.

Estimated output size is indicative; the successfully saved file determines the actual result. If the output is not smaller, the App may report that compression is unnecessary without saving a copy. Keeping the original and adding a copy uses additional storage; the size difference is not storage already freed on your device.

Processing may fail because of insufficient storage, changed permissions, unreadable files or system restrictions. Actually leaving the processing page or sending the App to the background before completion stops the task. Copies fully saved before departure remain. Compression does not intentionally delete the original.

6. Battery Information

Battery level, temperature, voltage, health, capacity and time estimates use information available from the device. Availability and accuracy vary by device and operating system; unavailable information may be identified as such. Estimated battery life and charging time are not guarantees.

This feature provides information, not hardware repair, cooling, charging acceleration or restoration of battery life. It does not replace the manufacturer’s safety instructions.

7. Notification Management and Reminders

Notification management requires notification access granted in system settings. When enabled, the App may identify, collect and attempt to remove eligible system notifications from selected apps in the background, retaining local management records. Some notifications may no longer appear in the system notification shade; check the source app for important information.

The App applies protection rules for calls, alarms, media playback, navigation and ongoing notifications, but cannot guarantee perfect classification across all devices and third-party apps. You may disable the main switch, disable individual apps or revoke notification access.

Clearing notification records does not delete messages, emails or account data in source apps and may not prevent sounds or banners that already occurred.

Notification-sending permission lets this App display cleanup reminders, feature prompts and toolbars. It is separate from access to other apps’ notifications. You may turn notifications off in system settings. Granting notification permission does not constitute consent to personalized advertising.

8. App Management

The App displays application information the operating system permits it to query and can initiate system uninstall requests for your selections one at a time. Uninstallation depends on the system and your confirmation; the App does not silently uninstall apps.

Displayed installation-file sizes may exclude app data, caches and additional split packages and are not guaranteed amounts of freed storage. Removing updates to a system app is not the same as uninstalling the entire app. Consider potential data loss before uninstalling.

9. Permissions and Controls

Features operate after the required permissions and applicable consent have been obtained. You may decline or revoke permissions, which may make the related feature unavailable. Unrelated features should not be blocked solely for that reason.

Revoking permission does not automatically erase existing local records, saved compressed copies or completed actions. See the Privacy Policy for deletion options. The operating system, device manufacturer or process termination may restrict tasks and background notifications.

10. Advertising and Third Parties

The App contains advertising, which may appear at startup, after scans, on operation results or when leaving features. Display depends on available ads, configuration and applicable conditions. Third-party ads or links do not constitute our endorsement or guarantee of their content, products or services. Third-party transactions are subject to the relevant provider’s terms.

The Privacy Policy explains advertising and analytics processing and available choices. These Terms do not authorize unrestricted advertising profiling using sensitive content such as files or notification text.

Any future charge, subscription or in-app purchase must separately disclose pricing, billing, cancellation and refund conditions before the transaction. These Terms alone do not authorize charges.

11. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

Do not use the App to unlawfully access devices or others’ data, distribute malware, infringe rights or compromise security. Copying, distributing or modifying the software requires appropriate authorization, subject to mandatory legal exceptions for interoperability, research or other protected activities.

The software, interface and branding belong to us or the relevant rights holders. Third-party trademarks, including WhatsApp, TikTok, Android and Google Play, belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, the App does not represent or have an official affiliation with those parties.

12. Changes, Responsibility and Termination

We may modify services for maintenance, security, legal requirements or improvements, providing appropriate notice of material changes. You may stop using or uninstall the App at any time. We may reasonably restrict services where necessary in response to unlawful use or serious violations of these Terms.

We will provide the service with reasonable care, but do not guarantee that every scan, recovery, compression or uninstall operation succeeds or that service is uninterrupted. Verify actual outcomes and maintain appropriate backups.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or losses directly caused by your unauthorized use. This does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, negligence that cannot lawfully be excluded, or mandatory consumer rights. You are not required to waive statutory remedies.

13. Law and Disputes

These Terms are subject to applicable law and do not exclude mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Please contact us first to try to resolve a dispute. If it remains unresolved, you may seek relief in a court with lawful jurisdiction. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or require you to waive any statutory right to class proceedings or other remedies.

14. Updates, Languages and Contact

We will provide notice of material changes through the App or other reasonable means and seek renewed agreement where required by law. Silence or a countdown is not a substitute for required consent. The effective date will appear above.
